Coquessa Jones - Maid of Honour
Like Sarah, Coquessa comes to us from the beautiful town of Pembroke, Ontario. Like Sarah, Coquessa now lives in Ottawa.
Unlike Sarah, Coquessa is an accomplished kick-boxer, a talented graphic designer, and an experienced world traveler.
She used one of those talents to design the lovely invitation you received in the mail. Thanks Coke!

Stacey Kutschke - Bridesmaid
Stacey is Sarah's older (and wiser?) sister. Two years ago she left an Ottawa teaching to go off in search of adventure.
She found it in the shadow of the pyramids. But Stacey found more than adventure while teaching in Cairo;
she and Martin are planning to join Graydon and Sarah in married life on August 8th.

Emily Kutschke - Bridesmaid
Emily is Sarah's younger (and wiser?) sister. Her March break included a trip to Egypt to visit her eldest sister.
This trip is an example of how the globetrotting siblings have made the middle sister quite envious and increased her
feelings of wanderlust, thus speeding the booking of a Greek Island honeymoon.
Sarah promises to bring back gifts. (Just as Em did!)

Liza Dixon - Bridesmaid
Planning a wedding involves a lot of counting. Most of it is rather simple but in tallying guest
lists and determining table settings, Sarah always pauses when she gets to the Dixons. On the wedding day,
Liza will be the bridesmaid with the roundest belly; the one not enjoying the homemade wine. Graydon and
Sarah are ecstatic about the upcoming birth of Cyril and Liza's first
child and are thrilled that all 2.5 members of the family have agreed to be in the wedding party.

Kara Halsey - Bridesmaid
Kara once told Sarah, as the latter prepared to leave Pembroke for Ottawa, "You're gonna go away to
school and you're gonna meet the man of your dreams." Turns out, she was right. Though, geographically,
Kara has moved in the opposite direction (toward Central Ontario) and they don't see each other as much as
they'd like, Sarah is extremely excited to have her longtime bestest friend share in the special day that is July 19th.

Fraser Brown - Best Man
You don't usually have to look too far to find one if you know where the other one is.
Since they were five, they've been pretty much together. In grade 4, Graydon switched schools.
In grade 5, Fraser joined him. In grade seven, they went to summer camp together.
After high school, Fraser decided to study at U of O. So did Graydon. Now, they live
across the road from each other in Ottawa and spend vacations at one another's winter
homes in Connecticut. Okay, it's all true except that last bit.

Jeff Douglas - Best Man
If Jeff D. is in the house, you'll know it. And it's always a little more fun when he's there.
Jeff D. and Graydon were the closest of friends in grade 3. Then the D's moved away.
As these things usually go, the nine year-olds lost touch. Then, as these things sometimes go,
the D's moved back to town in grade 9 and the two friends picked up right where they left off.
And they've been traveling, vacationing, camping, and eating together ever since.

Cyril Dixon - Groomsman
How many Dixons are there? We've counted it to two and a half, no? So, how do you
tell them apart? Liza's the most beautiful. The baby's the one still in mommy's
"tummy". And Cyril's the shortest. Over the course of the last nine years, Cyril
and Graydon's relationship has evolved from floormates and hockey pool competitors
to confidantes and brothers. Oh, who are we kidding? He never did provide much
competition in the hockey pool.

Jeff Cowling - Groomsman
Jeff Cowling once pounded his drums on the same street as the Miles family home.
Graydon and Jeff went to the same Elementary School, the same High School, the
same First Aid course. But they weren't really friends until they were united by a
trio in need of a web presence. The rest-and the webpage-is history, a history that
includes a few thousand kilometers of late nights in strange locales and one that saw
Jeff get to the altar and the delivery room far ahead of the rest. Thanks for showing
us the way.

Josh Pollock - Groomsman
Josh 'Brain-Drain' Pollock lives in Seattle where he works for the Man.
As part of the great global machine, he frequently attempts to recruit
Graydon to the dark side. A former eschewer of the MS-world, Josh has long
since abandoned his ideals and taken up with evil. But he comes home to visit,
sits in the passenger seat, and tolerates Graydon's spontaneous indifference to
trip planning so he mustn't be completely corrupted.
